Study Sets

So, you've spent 1 or 2 hours in our showroom browsing through literally hundreds of home plans. But, you're not quite ready to buy or you want to go home and "sleep" on it for a while. That's fine, but the problem is how will you remember all of the different plans that you looked at? What if you are not planning on building for a few months?

Study Sets provide the solution. What's a study set? It's a miniature verison of your favorite plans. Study sets are printed on 8 1/2" x 14" (legal) size paper and contain the front elevation and the first and second floor plans. The floor plans include overall dimensions as well as room dimensions. All of the plans in our library are available as study sets, so you can take home your favorite plans and review them with family, friends or even your builder. Each study set is also accompanied by a furniture template and a furniture layout guide to help you visualize how everything will fit into your new home! We realize that most of the visitors to our showroom will not purchase a plan on their first visit. But, you shouldn't have to sort through hundreds of plans again on your next visit, just to find the 2 or 3 plans that you really liked. We want to make this part of the home building process as easy as possible. So, the next time you're in our showroom, be sure to ask our designers "Can I get this plan as a study set!"
